Transplanting my Giant Pumpkin Seedling – 2016 Season

I have transplanted my giant pumpkin seedling for 2016 out into the little patch and have provided it some shelter.

The 2016 Giant Pumpkin growing season is almost here. I moved house and only have a very small area to grow in, I show you what I have to work with.

I went and checked out the 2015 Fieldays, and found a rather good looking giant pumpkin.

The Great Pumpkin Carnival 2015 wrap up, including the NZ 754.5kg record pumpkin grown by Tim Harris, and all the fun of the day.

The new NZ Giant Pumpkin Record is 754.5kg’s grown by Tim Harris. Heaviest pumpkin in the southern hemisphere.

Aaron Akkerman has broken the NZ record for a giant pumpkin with a 732.5 Kg pumpkin. Check out the photos here.
