I’m Sam, the guy behind the website, I’ve been growing since 2008 since my sister gave me a giant pumpkin seedling to grow and have been documenting events, news and what I’ve been up to ever since.
On the website, you will find a lot of information, from the how to guide, facts and questions page through to the weight estimation calculator to help you estimate your pumpkins weight.
Growing pumpkins is a great hobby, you don’t need much apart from a seed and some ground to grow one. Anyone of any age can do it, and it doesn’t take too long to do, only about 6 months.
Once you have grown one, you can get addicted to wanting to grow a bigger and better one each year. This is where you need the information and support from other growers.
