About the author.

From growing giants, pumpkin boat captain and helping run one of the largest pumpkin event in the country.

I started growing giant pumpkins in 2008.

Since then I’ve built into the resource for giant pumpkin growers in New Zealand.

I’ve visited many pumpkin events held around the country, and have been involved in running one of the largest pumpkin events, held in Hamilton each year.

I’ve also sourced pumpkins for TV and Film.

Pumpkin events have grown in New Zealand as they are a fun event that can easily make money.

This guide covers all the knowledge I’ve picked up over the years.
